The Tree Center

I ordered a Sun Valley Maple and a Pink Stellar Dogwood. Both were received quickly and both were of good size. The Dogwood had several leaves that were black, perhaps burnt by weather, but otherwise the tree appears to be healthy. I would definitely use The Tree Center again for on-line nursery orders.

This is my second time ordering from the Tree Center, I am so happy with the quality, delivery, attention paid to detail, and the professionalism. A couple of years ago I ordered a beautiful dogwood tree, and today I just got my Blue Arrow Juniper tree and the Rozanne Geraniums. I’m so happy!

The pink dogwood was larger than I expected--a nice size for a new tree. It arrived quickly after I ordered it. The leaves looked healthy. I planted it right away and it's doing well. Thank you!

I never write public reviews, but I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with The Tree Center. So much so, that I felt compelled to share as a way of cautioning others who may be considering purchasing from this company. I ordered six english cherry laurel plants online. When they arrived and I went to unbox them, I immediately noticed holes in the majority of the leaves on all six plants, as if an insect had been eating them! I immediately reported the issue to the company, along with photos of the damaged plants, requesting their support. The disease’s name is descriptive of the symptoms: it looks like someone shot the shrub with a shotgun! Wet leaves seem to make the disease worse, so avoid overhead watering. If your shrubs are very close together or near a wall that prevents leaf drying, prune them to enhance air flow. The fungicide/bactericide Mancozeb or products containing fixed copper are effective against Shot Hole if you choose to spray a pesticide. Ultimately, this condition i

I am extremely disappointed with my order. The manner in which the trees were delivered and the condition of the trees is unacceptable. The shipping boxes were damaged and by the looks of how the boxes were placed, mishandling occurred. The delivery was not made to my door not even my house, but at the bottom of the driveway/main road where it looks like the boxes were tossed on the ground. I also never received a delivery notice/email. The Cypress are shockingly thin, brittle, with broken tops and or branches. They look nothing like the images shown online or described. For the amount of money paid, I expected better care, delivery and product. Not recommended, and absolutely not worth the price. Customer service was not helpful either.
